By registering an account you confirm, warrant, and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. spd88d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the account balance returned to the payment method of record at the operator's discretion.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with spd88d. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances in the duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration including your full legal name as per your Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. spd88d is not liable for delays or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
spd88d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and at further milestones as determined by the Operator's compliance procedures. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
spd88d does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Malaysian players access the Platform under the Operator's international licence. It remains each player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the spd88d Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. spd88d assumes no liability for a player's breach of applicable local laws.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spd88d account credentials. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. spd88d accepts Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, among others. Third-party deposits (payments from an account not held in your name) are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposit to the same account and which are registered in your name. spd88d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts; VIP accounts are processed within 4 hours during normal operating periods. spd88d is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions outside the Operator's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 or as otherwise stated on the Withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and must be accumulated to the minimum before withdrawal can be initiated.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on spd88d are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by spd88d. Any conversion fees charged by a player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Operator's control and are the player's responsibility.
All bets and gaming transactions on spd88d are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation unless the Operator determines a clear technical error has occurred. spd88d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to where the Operator has reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach, any Funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. spd88d will provide reasonable notice of account closure where lawfully permissible, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spd88d holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through spd88d's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by the Operator. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the spd88d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
